The bold waterfall grille that’s prominently displayed on every Lincoln vehicle will soon become a thing of the past. Sources familiar with the updated MKS sedan and MKT crossover have said brand will ditch the iconic grille.
Specifically, the new Lincoln grilles will be “completely different” than the current grilles. They’re also expected to be less bold and more elegant.
Consumers will have a chance to see this new grille design at the Los Angeles Auto Show in November, where the revised MKS and MKT will be on display.
“Lincoln’s goal is to become world class,” says Christian Bokich, a Lincoln spokesman. “So we know our current products will continue to evolve.”
